The network

Property Talent Network is a membership-based network for self-employed recruiters specialising in residential property management. It is not an offer of employment.

Applications and enquiries

Applications are reviewed by authorised administrators. Submission or approval alone does not grant active access or permission to trade through the network. A signed agreement and completed onboarding are required before network trading.

Commercial arrangements

Fees, allocations, ownership arrangements and collaboration terms are confirmed in the applicable approved agreement. Membership does not guarantee earnings, clients or placements. Commission is subject to documented calculation and cleared client funds under final agreed terms.

Responsible use

Provide accurate information and only share information you are authorised to disclose. Do not submit confidential candidate data through the public website. Access another person’s account or private records only with appropriate authorisation.

Final agreement

PTN’s legal entity, jurisdiction, full contractual terms and contact details must be confirmed before launch. The signed network and client agreements, not this draft page, govern trading arrangements.
