Recruiter applications collect your contact details, experience, business status and reasons for joining. Employer enquiries collect business contacts and vacancy requirements. Contact messages collect your name, email and message.

How information is used

Information is stored to review applications, respond to enquiries and discuss relevant next steps. Website submission is not network membership or permission to trade. Do not include candidate CVs or sensitive third-party personal information in these public forms.

Access and security

Application and enquiry records are restricted to authorised administrators. They are not publicly available. Approved members’ operational data will be covered by additional notices when the member portal is introduced.

Your rights and retention

You may request information about your data, correction or deletion, subject to applicable UK data protection requirements. PTN must confirm its privacy contact and retention schedule before launch. Use the contact form for a privacy enquiry in the meantime.

Website technology

Account sessions are used for secure sign-in. No marketing analytics or advertising tracking has been added to this first version.
